At Amira Watches, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Note: Items that show signs of wear or use are not eligible for return.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Email us at returns@Amirawatches.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

  3. Wait for our team to approve and provide return instructions


3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item)


4. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for:

  • Different sizes (where applicable)

  • Defective or incorrect items

Contact us to arrange an exchange.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn watches

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)


6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was defective or incorrect)

  • For approved returns, we’ll provide the return address within the UAE
